Transitions
乐播传媒视频鈥檚 College uses the Victorian Careers Curriculum Framework to help develop quality career education.
There are SIX steps in a young person’s acquisition of skills for career transition through Year 7 to Year 12.
These SIX steps form the structure of the Victorian Curriculum Careers Framework.
Career education goals at each of the SIX steps are transitioned through three stages – Self-development, Career exploration, Career management.
- Self-development: young people understand themselves, build their experiences and achievements and develop their capabilities.
- Career exploration: young people locate, investigate and consider opportunities in learning and future work options.
- Career management: young people make and adjust career action plans and manage their life choices, changes and transitions.

乐播传媒视频’s College supports work placement opportunities for students aged 15 years and older.
These extracurricular workplace programs are linked below to the Department of Education’s website resources.
The application process for these three programs each requires steps which can be discussed with the Careers Manager in the Careers and Transition Office.
Essentially workplace programs require the individual student to locate their own placement.
The SPC Work Preparation Guidelines require a mandatory program of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) training.
